She took Ko’s hand in both of hers for a moment, staring down at him with concern up until the point that Ikki came and picked him up. She held onto his hand until it slipped out of her grasp the further it got from her, her hands dropping into her lap for a moment as she knelt there on the ground. Biting into her bottom lip to hide the slight tremble of it, she cleared her throat and moved to her feet. “Alright, then let’s go.” Kasami eyed Ikki warily as she walked to his side, gaze shifting from him to Ko tossed over his shoulder for a second. He came to help them but that didn’t automatically make him an ally. She had to keep on her toes regardless... especially with who he was carrying. If he hurt Ko she’d be damned if she didn’t at least die trying to help him. Casting Eiji a momentary glance, and looking around with a frown as she realized Sentou was gone, the young woman moved forward. It was their only way to go.

A soft sigh exited from Eiji's lips as he looked at Kasami, whose eyes were filled with emotion. He had never seen her show such expressions through their journey but since Ko joined them on their journey. Her eyes seemed to be filled with a sense of regret, fear, and longing though this was simply just Eiji's opinion as he looked at Kasami while she watched Ko upon Ikki's shoulder. Eiji would continue to keep an eye on both Ko and Ikki as the fact was to him they were both major threats to the three non-oni. With the thought of the number three, his mind went back to the idea that Sentou vanished he took one more look around for him.

No trace of Sentou to be found, another soft sigh escaped Eiji's lips as Kasami looked at him, "I guess we should head out... There's no telling if it's safe here or that freak with the book will return. Plus, I don't think Ko is in a good condition to just sit here." He said one thing trying to get a rise out of Ikki to see if he was close to the man with the mysterious book which turned Ko into more of a monster than he already seemed. He also followed behind them a few feet back as they headed towards their next location.

Ikki didn’t waste much time the moment they said they were ready to go he set out with Ko’s limp form in tow. He knew that whoever this boy was he still needed help, more importantly the fact that someone like daikokuten sought to take advantage of him moments ago in the same manner he had done with Ikki. It caused an internal ache if you could say that. While there was no visible sign of pain beneath that azure mask resting upon his face was a look of curiosity. In passing he soon shifted Ko’s weight into a more comfortable position on his shoulder before sinking his shoes in the dirt and setting out. His walking cadence was moderate at the very least and while he wasn’t looking to pull away from either of them he wanted to ensure that he was in front. They were already battered and beaten after all. In the end they were all bound to be heading in the only direction available to them and it was only a matter of time before they arrived at any semblance of civilization. He followed up their jest at simply leaving with an answer of his own. “Away we go then. Try and keep up” He said this and immediately picked up his pace heading in the only direction available to them.
