Personality: (Required)
Reputation Level: (Required: Use the provided list to determine how well known your RPC is. Unheard of: You are unknown outside and even inside of your own village. Most likely you are a student or a recent graduate from the academy. Outside of those you interact with regularly, your abilities and specialization/s are a mystery. Spoke of: You have likely completed a few missions to get you on peoples radar. You are mostly known by fellow villagers, those you have met on travels abroad, and enemies you have faced though your name may have been whispered abroad. Foreign operatives in countries you have completed missions will likely know the basics of your abilities. While many in the village may have heard your name and deeds, not many know your face. Well Known: You are listed in at least one Bingo Book. Your name is casually thrown about when other shinobi speak of your village and even civilians have heard of one or more of your better known missions. Foreign operatives will know at the very least your basic abilities and Specialization/s regardless of if you have faced members of their village before. In your home village you are greeted kindly by all. Flee on Sight: You are listed in the Bingo Book of several villages as one to be avoided if possible. Your exploits have traveled far and performances on missions lead others to consider you a threat. You can expect foreigner operatives to have studied your previous missions and know a fair amount of your combat style, abilities, and specialization/s. At home, while highly respected, some may avoid you out of fear. Village Hero: You are widely celebrated within your home village, having done great deeds for Kage and Country. People of your country welcome you openly and have the utmost respect for your capabilities. Foreign operatives will have heard of your exploits as well as have studied your combat style, abilities, and specialization/s. (Equal to Flee on Sight). Living Legend: Your are known through the shinobi world. Your name is regularly invoked as a protective deity or alternately used as the gravest of curses. While some consider you a myth, all academy students are taught of your life and can quote important dates in your service record. This notoriety comes with a price as your abilities are well known by combatants and civilians alike. Similarly, your face is known to most and will attract attention whenever in public.

The following ranks will be used to determine what level of skill will be expected of you in the rp. Based off what you choose will determine the level of threats that come your way. Their consistency, how little room for error you wil be given and how harshly you will endure the consequences of your actions and the world around you. Of course with higher risk comes greater reward - but be aware. There is no shame in humility and these are ranks assigned to the shinobi of the world of man, when your experience - is to prepare for the world of demons. You will be taken at trust based off your answers and the expectancy that will be had of you will be determined by this. As well, you're removal will also be weighed by this.
Academy Student - (Story Focused Rp, meant for honing skills in writing)
Genin - Easy; getting into the flow of things.
Chunin - Normal; You've got your tempo and are ready to keep up.
Special Jonin - Hard; It's been a while and now? You're ready to be put through your paces.
Jonin - Ordeal; You will not survive. But what is death to the already dying?
((Unless told otherwise, a genin should begin with no more than two of these at or higher than experienced.))
Chakra Level: (Required: How much chakra does your body produce and store within itself? Please provide a description of why or how your RPC gained anything higher than Experienced.)
Basic - You are a young and fairly inexperienced, most likely a student or Genin.
Experienced - You have trained your body and can now hold higher levels of chakra. Most likely you are a Chunin or Special Jonin.
Advanced - Few jutsu lay beyond your ability to power them, yet you are not without limits. Most likely you are a Jonin, less so a Special Jonin.
Immense - You have the chakra level of a Kage, able to power the most costly of jutsu in battle. Your training was arduous and only few Jonin attain this level.
Mammoth - You are a Tailed beast without a tail or Yinchuriki. Little can stand in your way when you bring this power to bear. At this level you can mostly throw caution to the wind and unleash the greets of your arsenal without fear.
Chakra Control: (Required: How well are you able to utilize your chakra? Do you use just enough to create a jutsu or waste extra due to inexperience. Furthermore, this dictates how stable your jutsu are. Provide a description as to how or why your RPC gained anything higher than Experienced.)
Basic - Your Chakra control is still shaky due to inexperience and waste plenty of chakra. When using elemental jutsu against those of equal rank, yours will falter against its weakness, prevail against its strength, and cancel out the other elements. All higher level jutsu will overcome your own with little effect to themselves.
Experienced - You possess greater knowledge and waste less chakra than before. When using elemental jutsu against those of equal rank, yours will falter against its weakness, prevail against its strength, and cancel out the other elements. Higher level jutsu will still overcome your own but suffer some weakening as a result.
Advanced - You posses even greater control, now wasting little chakra. When using elemental jutsu against those of equal rank, yours will falter against its weakness, prevail against its strength, and cancel out the other elements. Higher level jutsu will still overcome your own but suffer more noticeably.
Immense - Your control is almost perfect, wasting next to no chakra on every jutsu. When using elemental jutsu against those of equal rank, yours will falter against its weakness, prevail against its strength, and cancel out the other elements. Higher level jutsu will still overcome your own but can weaken significantly at the task.
Mastered - Not only are you capable of using the bare minimum amount of chakra for every jutsu, you are able to add extra chakra to increase your jutsus strength, effect, and durability proportionate to how much. When using elemental jutsu against those of equal rank, yours will falter against its weakness, prevail against its strength, and cancel out the other elements. Higher level jutsu will still overcome your own but can be greatly weakened by the task.
Hand Seal Knowledge: (Required: How well do you know your hand seals and how quickly are you able to perform them? Provide a description as to how or why your RPC gained anything higher than Experienced.)
Basic - You have just learned your hand seals and have some difficulty remembering long chains. The more hand signs you have to perform, the slower you are. Furthermore, you need to use the exact amount of Hand Signs that every jutsu requires with both hands.
Experienced - You are more comfortable with the common hand signs, quickly remembering them. Longer formulas give you less pause for concern and your speed visibly increases with this confidence. You still require both hands and the complete number of hand signs to perform every jutsu.
Advanced - The common hand signs come second nature to you and you may have created one or two of your own. Memorizing and carrying out longer chains no longer concerns you and your speed shows it. You are able to cut a superfluous hand sign here and there when forming a jutsu. While moderate to advanced jutsu still require both hands, you are able to cast simple jutsu with only one.
Immense - You have studied more advanced hand signs and may well have developed more of your own. This allows you replace multiple common signs with one or two advanced ones. You can perform these fairly quickly and with no effort. With more practice using one hand to form signs, you can now perform up to intermediate level jutsu as such. You have one or two jutsu capable of being cast without signs.
Mastered - You Have studied hand signs, both common and otherwise so intently that you very well may have created entire personal sets. You are able to cast even the most advanced jutsu with one hand though you have to account for it by using a couple more than both hands would have done. You no longer use more signs than necessary and there are even some jutsu you have learned to cast free off all signs.
Speed Level: (Required: At what speed can your RPC travel? Provide a description as to how or why your RPC gained anything higher than Experienced.)
Basic - Your movements are not much greater than an average person in good physical shape.
Experienced - You have trained your body to where now it can easily keep up with an automobile or train.
Advanced - After greater conditioning, your body now moves with a speed comparable to Rock Lee without his weights. This affords you not only greater reflexes but also a somewhat higher perception.
Immense - Closer to the pinnacle of speed, you can move large distances fairly quickly. You border on the speed achieved by the 4th Raikage.
Mastered - Matching or even possibly advancing past the Flying Thunder God Technique, you are similarly capable of traveling great distances or sowing havoc amongst your foes with little wasted effort.
Stamina Level: (Required: Your characters willpower as well as how long they are able to remain in combat. Provide a description as to how or why your RPC gained anything higher than Experienced.)
Basic - Your body is unaccustomed to battle for long periods of time. After an hour you would be left crumpled on the floor devoid of all but the chakra needed to survive. Your mind is unaccustomed to the stress of combat and less so to mental assaults.
Experienced - With greater training comes the ability to keep fighting past what you could before. By an hours end you would still be standing and capable of fleeing. Your mind can better address the toll of battle and you would put up a rudimentary defense if your will was imposed upon.
Advanced - You are capable of remaining up and in the fight for half a day with periodic rest, so long as you have chakra. You are better able to shrug off the toll of battle on your mind. You can hold your own against one equal or slightly stronger than yourself attempting to circumvent your will.
Immense - You can fight a full day and then some easily, given breaks every now and then so long as your chakra stores held up. Your mind only registers the most severe of combat related stress, numb to the rest. Similarly, it would take one with surgical precision to traverse the confines of your mind, they being unable to find any easy purchase from which to infiltrate.
Dominant - Your can circumvent your bodies need for sleep and stay in a combat situation for days given brief respites and adequate chakra. You are further able to compartmentalize or completely dissociate from battle to where it no longer effects you. Given this, your mind has become a fortress to outside incursion. Only one of equal level stamina and carrying the highest level techniques specialized in infiltrating the mind will have a chance against the bulwarks you have erected.
(Required: Below are percentage ranks for differing types of techniques and skills. You only have to include those in which you have a value above 0% in. The values below will give you the range of sum totals per rank. Unless told otherwise, use the lowest value within your ranks range. As you participate in events, missions, or training in rp, you will be given added points. Begin either at the lowest end of your ranks summed percentages or no more than 20% points higher. e.g. A new genin should begin with roughly 120% total.)
